"I had the chance to meet and work with Herb at Kinex Medical. As Lead Trainer, I found Herb to be a huge asset in working through a v2 to v3 conversion. His ability to see the big picture, to understand the BIGGER picture, and to visualize and plan the steps required for success was invaluable in the conversion process. Additionally, Herb’s ability to speak to many different levels helped me tremendously as I often found myself in conversations that needed to be translated from developer-level language to users of various levels, including myself. Work Process

As a human being, I'm work in process. ~ John Lydon

Building mobile and web based applications can be as easy as turning on your computer, throwing some code together, doing a quick bit of testing, and submitting to an App Store or uploading to a server for hosting – all done in an afternoon. Or it can be an extremely involved process that involves rigorous up-front design, usability testing, QA testing on thousands of devices, a full beta lifecycle, and then deployment a number of different ways.

Regardless of how big your project is, all applications basically walk the same development lifecycle and I have the experience to walk you through the process. In short, this is the general idea ...

1. Idea
2. Sketch
3. Design
4. Develop
5. Test
6. Launch

Whatever phase your project is at, I can help you achieve your goals and get you to a launch!
